While preparing for legal wine production, I spent a long time searching for templates of basic excise duty documents such as:

• Fermentation batch record
• Blending or wine product manufacturing card
• Bottling control register
• Tax banderole registry maintained by entities required to mark excise products with banderoles

It turns out that although the obligation to maintain these records exists (even in a simplified form), they cannot be easily downloaded anywhere - and the official templates were formally repealed in 2024. New ones are still missing.

That's why I decided to prepare them myself – in two versions: PDF for printing and Excel (XLSX) for editing (you'll find them at the bottom of the article).

If you run your own vineyard and want to operate in compliance with the law - these documents are an absolute necessity. Of course, each of these records must be kept in a permanent and legible manner, preferably with a signature and date of entry – in accordance with the rules described in the regulations on excise documentation for producers.
